At my favorite market downtown, the Chinatown Market, I stumbled upon 4pack varieties of bouillon cubes. At 50c a package I got a few of them.
They are fun to add as an alternative to chicken, beef or vegetable stock.
Do not expect to get what is listed. It may state that it's pho, ingredients are consistent with pho, but nothing substitutes for the real thing. And the Bun Bo Hue, oh my was that off.
